Villa Margherita is a modern villa of 350 square meters spread over two floors, with a private tropical garden of 1000 square meters and a swimming pool for exclusive use. There are 6 beds (three double rooms), but it is possible to add an additional bed.
On the ground floor there is the living area with a large living room with fireplace, a billiard room, two service bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with dining room and a laundry room.
Walking down a design staircase, you reach the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which belongs to the suite.
Bright and Comfortable
The living room, large and bright thanks to the large windows, is furnished with two sofas in soft colors, which balance the dark lava stone floor. The presence of the fireplace makes the atmosphere very cozy in winter, ideal for reading a good book or relaxing.
The air conditioning and the presence of large windows make this area ideal even in summer.
Large and equipped
The large kitchen with central island is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. All essential utensils are also included, as well as cutlery, plates, glasses and goblets.
The direct access to the veranda table makes it particularly convenient for preparing summer lunches with friends.
The open-plan area opens to the corner of the indoor dining room with a glass table, an excellent solution in the cooler months.
To indulge in some relaxation and fun, our billiards room is ideal. The table, designed and built by us, is made of solid wood. You will find a corner bar and everything you need to play.
On the ground floor there are two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom and one with a shower.
Upstairs the first bathroom has a shower and the second, for the exclusive use of the suite, has a large bathtub.
Each room is furnished in an essential way and air-conditioned to ensure the ideal temperature in every season. The parquet floor gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The main bedroom is a 50 sqm suite with private access to a walk-in closet and safe and a large bathroom equipped with a 500lt lava stone bathtub.
The outdoor area, which surrounds the house, is equipped with two verandas with dining table, one in front of the kitchen and one overlooking the pool and garden.
The garden has a lush nature, with citrus plants, bamboo, palms, avocados, plane trees: the atmosphere is that of the gardens of North Africa and you will love picking lemons and oranges from the trees for a juice for breakfast.
The turquoise pool will be a pleasure on hot summer days and, illuminated, will also be a pleasure in the evening.
